Can’t recommend enough from the level of compassion and kindness shown when looking for a flat for my mother (recently returned from living abroad). Thanks to the professionalism and compassion my mother had a home before Christmas to jumpstart life back in England as a single week in a b&b was costing close to a months rent; this swift assistance meant the money saved allowed her to go from staying a tiny b&b room at exuberant cost to being able to have a furnished home and the comfort of secure housing when faced with limited b&b availability. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Moody and Company. This is the best place to find your choice. House is well equipped. Very supportive, friendly and attractive services. And most importantly, this is the most reasonable price range I found in South Shields. GOOD CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Once I complained about a damaged bed. Eve came immediately and ordered a new one over the phone. I received the new within half an hour. Eve is an angel who supports you a lot. Immediately attend your telephone calls and emails. Very quick response and great care. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE.

Came to South Shield for a short course and was lucky to have Moody & Co as my Estate Agent. Good apartments at affordable price, along with very friendly and professional staff. Swift attendance to concerns/complain; Eve Brown is definitely an asset, very supportive with passionate and top-notch customer service. In all, great company, great staff and great service.
